I was thinking the same thing.. If you read between the lines on the last PR something is going on between them. It would make sense also. With the high demand of Annihilzyer would be best for production if everything was under 1 roof vs having 3 companies making different parts so no one company has all the details.
Again the last line of the PR was all telling
