i'm not being negative. actually being quite open to it working and hope it helps patients. may i ask why you think this new trial w/ 3000 patients is only going to include the most sick? i haven't heard/seen that.

again, we are only focusing on the sick who are seeking treatment. no one seems to be focusing on the sick who don't need/seek treatment. this is where a well powered study will benefit us all.

if the trial is just the sickest patients, i think it's going to make leronlimab shine. we'll see!
