Yes, but dilution will be into institutional investors, assuming they like what CYDY has to sell, which I think will happen if lero works on COVID-19. This success will draw them in to look around and if they like it, they will invest and hold.
One example is ARNA. They did a reverse split and SP didn't crash. I think SP suffered a little immediate post RS because of the fear you mention, but its solid now.
