The share price only crashes if Company has to do engage in death spiral like or death spiral 'lite' financing. This type of financing happens when SP is low and there isn't any interest in the market for what a company is selling.

I'd say this Company has or will soon have some interest in the market by large players if the SP can move up to where the institutional investors are able to buy. Otherwise, I wouldn't suggest it.
