In my opinion, DSS hasn't delivered for DSS shareholders. DSS selling licenses of ACS/SFOR product is fine by me, but it apparently hasn't happened yet. I read Chan as helping Chan. When I look at the DSS SEC filings, it looks to me like money is raised through DSS offerings, and then seems to move between his enterprises.
Whether he is building a conglomerate that is beneficial to its' components' shareholders is beyond my knowledge.
