Skipper, I agree...I don’t know WTF is going on! Lol The licensing fee is after we have a working vaccine. If we have one and have not said so to the world, we are not too bright. And since the PR said
“Since signing the agreement, Generex has developed and refined our vaccine plans”
I take that to mean we have ‘plans’ and not a working vaccine. Therefore I think the PR was not meant to say ‘licensing fee’.
