The only data that we have so far is that 4 out of 9 (first 4 and last 5) have been taken off of vents (44%) and 8 out of 8 have shown significant immunological improvement.

We need more data to satisfy the "beyond all doubt" requirements that the FDA has. The issue is that 85% of the severely ill patients will die. We should NOT need exact empirical evidence in this situation. I could understand if we have significant side effects, but we do not.
