Yes, Buildit. Of course, it all depends on how the contract defined "effective" as to whether the Chinese will agree and make payment. It may require some time to determine that (again depending on the contract terms). In the meantime, we invoiced them because we (Joe & co.) delivered, by GNBT's definition, an "effective" vaccine. Of course, this is my opinion - and I'm not always right. .
