As Cdiddy said we do not yet meet the capital requirements. Based on my understanding for CYDY this will likely include shareholder equity and cash on hand to cover xx months of operations to uplist (vs xx months of xx revenue).

Granted there seem to be a vast multitude of criteria to uplist but they all revolve around cash, either already proven with xx months of xx $$ or xx shareholder equity and xx months of operational cash.

Our time will come, but likely not without another license deal, substantial financing or revenues.
