There are too many moving parts, most of which you know already ( reverse,buy back,cancellation of shares) . The unknown is whether there is a third party involved... that might seem far fetch , but this company is being beefed up to sell. It's been a long hard road and Mark and the gang would rather someone else to take over while they sit back and enjoy the ride. AMO
