The agreement we have is between SFOR and CSI. Nothing in that agreement states an agreement between CSI and ACS, nor does it reference any agreement between ACS and SFOR. CSI has not reported any sales and probably never will have any sales in the future, maybe that is why they have not paid the $9 million they owe us. It could be that a number of side agreements have been made that were not published. For all we know CSI lets ACS distribute our products at zero cost.
