Yes , in one of the interview Dr NP said , first 10 emergency patients were a patients in whom Hydroxychloroquine and Remdesivir failed....
Probably most of the very sick patient HCQ was tried , and in many also Ramdesivir.
In my observation HCQ should be working better at the beginning of this sickness , and in USA we not doing that...except some private physicians , and they claim to have very good results..I saw many interviews in TV....
So far we dont see people with lupus on HCQ developing COVAD , also much less cases in Africa where is use often for malaria.
But this is just beginning of observation , with time we will know more.
