Oil Trash has chosen not to 'sell and move on' as you put it because of several contributing factors.

1 - he is probably down in the investment

2 - looking at the chart, TECO has obviously bottomed, so he isn't going to loose more by holding (for the near-term future)

3 - I TECO is able to play their cards right, they will more than likely be able to time news releases & catalysts in such a way that will make share price double at some point in the first 1/2 of 2013.

It is a pretty safe bet that negative comments made about TECO on this board have very little sway of the actual share price. For example, I don't think that Coolnapz is going to start dumping his position just because Oilfield Trash or anyone else is venting his frustrations here.
