Zadie, this is my take on potential PPS for Wellness Teledoc.
Teledoc closed at $140 today.
In 2018 they had $400 million in revenues.
HRI, one of Doc's companies, had $200 million in revenues that same year.
Wellness Teledoc is the pharma side of Teledoc.
if we get current during this next month or so, I would guess that Wellness Teledoc could be at least 10 % of what Teledoc is conservatively.
That would be roughly $14 PPS
Now throw in HRI, and the host of other conglomerate parts.
I can't imagine what the book keepers are having to put together for this one.
