No, it looks like FOMO.. penny flips that don’t do DD.. they just lost 30% buying at 30¢ when it’s dumped back to 20¢.. more and more will wonder “what the **** is going on??” and do some digging.. stock flips probably won’t get it, but the ones dumping do
