Exactly. The airlines will get a bailout, not so much those with potential revenue, who can't demonstrate how much they've actually lost. Especially not the "little guys". You can't go to the government and claim you would have made so and so with no track record to prove it, otherwise everyone would.

The hot dog cart and pizza guys won't get any, either, this will be the epitome of crony capitalism. I don't see how a "deal in the works" is really going to pull much weight.
