I don’t think it’s a typo. I think the difference in number is because the 390 is the enrollment target for the UK trial. Right after giving the details for that study the next paragraph states that there is also a mild to moderate and severe trial in the US. Also the fact that the 390 have a primary endpoint for mortality that is a longer timeframe than the US trial does.
