haven't had a chance to read anything here since early this morning but had to chime in on the late day 8k

so if i understand correctly, they had tons of term sheets and this was the one they chose? completely disgusted with this filing which provides much greater clarity on the financing terms.

not disclosing this transaction's material points was a very poor decision....a very poor decision. they don't understand how important credibility is to their success. disclose early. disclose often. disclose everything. not a good way to end the day.

hope tomorrow is better.
