In the end longs will win because the company has different revenue streams. The beauty of it is the company can turn on a dime and put all efforts into any revenue stream. Not many companies have the ability to do that.

Flippers, day traders might make a few dollars here and there but the long term investor will become wealthy with 1/2 the work.
