Are the markets efficient, that is, do they reflect the fair price of a commodity factoring-in ALL the publicly available information???
The answer is: NO !!!
A doctor just said that a drug has achieved the restoration of the immune systems of severe immunocompromised patients suffering of COVID in 3 days and achieving almost full immune recovery after 7 days !!!
And the market ???
Nothing, Nilch, Nada, Rien ...
So, the markets are not efficient and those that take advantage of this fact will be duly compensated.
