We just have to be patient. I do not believe that JR would have obtained FINRA approval for TRII if he was still having issues with the SEC.
The last email is, IMO, the kind of reply that may have been OK'd by SRFF. It looks to me like JR is making a BOMB, and is just waiting for the last component to arrive. The DETONATOR! It should be all at once, and it should be MASSIVE!
