It's not you, it's IPIX. There are many confounding factors that prevent moves up on apparently good PRs.
1. Manipulation by company detractors and market makers.
2. Dozens of apparently good PRs which no longer provoke a market reaction (Leo's voice doesn't carry as loudly as it once did years ago).
3. Company stock sales over the years have helped to blunt upward runs while financing the company.
4. Company stock price, exchange, and financials combine to keep a large majority of investors from ever considering IPIX on principle alone.
5. Anyone who wants into IPIX is already neck deep. I'm up to my eyes personally.
All of these will be remedied by a sizeable deal with a cash infusion...and possibly, if we're lucky, good results in human COVID trials.
