Being that the FDA is tasked with expediting the review of testing devices, I believe that they will render a decision on GenViro! pretty quickly. Also, according to the PR, the FDA is working weekends, so that moves things along even faster.

Plus, since there is so much talk from Dr. Birx and the task force about finger prick testing, I believe that will put extra emphasis on getting the review processed quickly...and ultimately the approval.
