Hi Mark, hope all is well with you and you’re staying safe. I have a question about contracts and revenues. I know we were expecting small revenue to begin February and I don’t remember the reason but that was pushed to April. The last letter talked about contracts not canceled but delayed. Does that mean the revenues expected in April are pushed off for another few months as well? Also, can you say anything about the 17B a/s?
From what I understand we are also trying to get some of the stimulus package, makes sense to me, any help we could get right? As a back up is any thought being given to officers or employees taking a reduction in pay? Is staff still working full time/part time? With such a low pps I’m sure you realize that for every 1,000$ in pay it costs us more than 1 million in shares. This weight is crushing us. Any feedback you could give would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

It is simply as you say. The revenues are pushed back many months because our resellers that sell to merchants that sell to clients are doing much right now during this epidemic. I cant say when this will end as when our President can't say when this will end.
Yes, we have taken at least very large reductions in pay when we do pay our employees and hopefully we will get some of the stiumulus through the PPP and SBA loan programs when they are working.
The reason for the 17b is simply for the large reserves we have to have for now, not the outstanding and you will receive an information package for these soon.
