Because the Vaccine will come out of NGIO and there is little downside to delaying the IPO.
Any vaccine deal will only increase the value of NGIO above what they were expecting before Wuflu was on the screen.
Wouldn't you rather have initial IPO at $8 as opposed to $4? I suppose you could do the IPO as scheduled and allow the market to drive up the price but I'd rather set my own price.
