I don’t understand your connection between a CV vaccine and the NGIO IPO timeline. It has always been Joe’s intention to spin off NGIO, and he has been working to secure an investment group to do that and give himself another tool to drive up GNBT SP, access cash, and move the GNBT initiatives forward.

Since GNBT will own 70%+ of NGIO after the spin, I see no reason why Joe would delay it and wait for a vaccine.
