I msg'd with Joe this weekend. My interpretation from his response was that PPE and treatments are the Govt's main focus right now, and then they will get to vaccines. He did mention that "...one big pharma deal and the govt to take our vaccine and we are gold." I also suggested that a PR highlighting progress on the China deal, Epivax arrangement, and DC trip would be appreciated.
