"Can anyone tell me, hoow does one increase the number of posts allowed per day?"

I'm just now catching up on the posts, so I apologize if someone has already responded. It took me a couple of months to get the Premium level (it's free) by sending requests to the Admin. Unfortunately they're a little slow (I know this is an understatement), so I would suggest you send them daily to get their attention.
