IMO, I read the title of the PR as saying that 2 of the last 5 (ie patients 11,12,13,14,15) have "already" extubated. So this would be in addition to the 2 that previously extubated out of the first 4 patients (ie patients 1,2,3,4). I hope that I'm correct.
