It will be hard for me to see this....

Kevzara ( Sarilumab ) is a interlrukin 6 receptor blocker..every 2 weeks SC injection..

Use mostly for moderate - severe rheumatoid arthtritis ...

Warnings and side effects..

--increase risk to develop serious infections that may lead to hospitalization or death..
--lab abnormalities ..
Leucopenia,
thrombocytopenia,
--hepatotoxicity,
--GI perforation
--hypersensitivity reaction,
--avoid to use with live vaccine
--pneumonia , cellulitis the most common , about 3% of patients..
--urinary tract infection..
--may develop risk to have other cancers..


OK so it is interleukin 6 receptor blocker ,

but Leronlimab does also downregulates IL 6 , and TNF , and it is blocking CCR5 , and increase NKT ( natural killer cells ) production , and decreases TREG production through macrophages polarization boosting the immune system.. ..with bringing down cytokine storm...

And all without all those bad side effects,

So I am not very hopeful with this drug..but we will see what FDA will do...

Only IMO...
