Even without FDA approval, a lot of people can still be saved if the doctor in charge of the patient believes the patient is very close to inevitable death and asks to use Lero under 'compassionate use'. Not ideal considering how many people the government is projecting to die in the next two weeks, but hopefully, many will be saved.
