Dr Hahn gave those directives to entire USA , doctors can use it off label for this CV ...
but than States may change if they disagree ,
And Gov Cuomo from NY State disagree , I guess he knows better......
Plaquenil is already approved for different reasons , so if a Gov will not banned , any doctor who feel it will benefit some of the patients they could use it...
but no , not in NY State, Gov here banned this possibilities....
Leronlimab , dont have so far any approval , so no doctor can just prescribe off label ... drug must be approved for something first ....
if you google... " off label ." ..this what comes , but apparently not all true , since Gov. Cuomo single handed could change that ....
