how susceptible do you think the p-value will be given the trial is very short term? i would think there's a pretty good chance even serious patients could survive 2wks. this has been a lurking concern for me since they announced it.
second, how would these estimates be affected by patients being switched over to the control arm in the event they worsen and require something more than placebo?
