When comparing companies, you have to use market cap and not PPS because of the most likely difference in outstanding shares.
Gilead’s share price is $78.21, but their market cap is $98.47 billion. So if you’re saying that CYDY will one day be worth $98.47 billion, at an outstanding share count of 700 million, the PPS would be $140.67.
Some of these other COVID19 companies are going from $2 to $25 in a day or two because they only had a few million shares outstanding, but their market caps are small compared to CYDYs.
