Not sure how you came up with your numbers or what your definition of a run is. NP could provide some clarity I'm sure and I hope he does, but the answer isn't always straight forward either.
We initially received ~26k vials from Samsung. Followed by 100k more that we may already have, and then 500k by EOY (from what I heard in a NP interview)
If FDA trial runs go well, sometimes, all of that drug material can be used to sell commercially, sometimes only part of it. I think the 26k vials is at least part of that material (just my guess).
I'm guessing a series of official commercial 'runs' (no idea how many) produced the next 100k. A series of runs is called a campaign. Campaigns vary in size depending on market projections. Normally multiple campaigns are strung together on a schedule. Each campaign takes 2+ months depending on size, with all of the drug material coming at the tail end.
A lot of unknowns go into my guesses here. Hopefully we get some clarity on capacity going forward.
