Please listen again. I think it was two of the four that were on the vent. You have to listen carefully to the part where he seems to stumble just a bit. That is where he says "two of them"

You need to listen really carefully, but he says "the first 4 patients, two of them were intubated, they got extubated....."
So, the first four were not all intubated. The reporter does go on to say that "they are out of the ICU." It isn't clear if "they" is 2, or 4 or 8!
