LGNDZ.....This is CVR that is what the Z stands for......
Read up and you will know how it works, basically this is call options, currently the LGND is trading at 72 dollars, not 60 dollars, Z means CVR Contingent Value Right, basically you will be making a call by buying the LGNDZ and in the hopes that by or between 2023 through 2024 the stock price will jump to 330 dollar and change and if it does the company or the transfer agent will call you and say, you can convert your Z stock for the commons 1 for 1. The more the stock price goes up, the closer it will get to the strike price and thus the Z should rise with it too, but as the commons get closer and closer to the strike price you will and should see drastic rise in the Z stock. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/cvr.asp
