Theoretically no. Maybe doc sold out!
Although so much gets out before. Like Luckin Coffee yesterday LK. Someone obviously knew what was coming and bought 900 $15 Put options when they were about $30. Then the news and the stock goes down to $6 overnight. I think that person knew something and will get investigated.
