Regarding margin accounts:

I just had a conversation with my brokerage customer service representative. I didn't realize that they were able to loan out my shares to short sellers from my margin account. The solution was to just open up another regular brokerage account and transfer the CYDY shares into that account to prevent any further loaning out of my shares.
I suggest anyone in the same situation as I was consider doing the same thing to protect their investment.
