That's possible, but with the distribution levels yesterday, at least 10 million shares were shed; convenient numbers? Perhaps.
Or people could short against the box if the warrants were restricted. I haven't had the time to dig and nobody's been forthcoming on the warrant terms/documentation, so I just have to assume that's not the case.
