Mini VN will begin to lift the internal restrictions of "Stay at home"
about MID APRIL. Schools will open and shelter in place lifted.
They haven't officially announced when travel to and from
countries will be lifted yet but my expectation is as we see
countries get over the worst of the virus and get on the
improving side we'll see that happening in 2nd half of APRIL.
Some of the harder hit countries likely have to wait until MAY.
