Sorry, but that's not what DP said. He said at Day 0 all the patients had been on HC/Z and none were responding. He didn't say those drugs were causing the severe health issues. His point was that that combination of drugs appears to not work for those that are in a severe condition. Same as the Chinese study.

However, there seems to be some data supporting the same combination works better in the mild/moderate groups.
