My understanding is that all 72 patients were not in critical condition to start with, otherwise they would have gone to the ER due to difficult in breathing. I’m glad a frontline doctor is willing to share anecdotal evidence. He’s not suggesting they are the same as a controlled trial data of course. He’s optimistic because he gets to see a lot more than us. That optimism is backed up by small studies from China and France, which you did not mention. Larger studies are needed, which we all know.
