I don't believe he was BANNING but limiting and maybe his advisors gave specifics as to when to BAN any particular patients... think we need more information and detail to better judge what this one man (Cuomo) did or would do. I just cannot see anyone particularly a leader such as a state Governor being so wreckless/careless with anyone's LIFE.

Yes, an investigation may be called for here... but what do I know; just trying to get all the facts before I speak, give any leader the benefit of a doubt as we are speaking of LIVES here ... there is nothing political about what I'm stating either... think it's just common sense. And oh, his own brother has COVID-19 ... Chris Cuomo says he is taking nothing for it and riding it out in his basement.

I realize as a retired physician, you are passionate about this but let's be people and human beings first.
