And accepting your assertion that it is changing hands, why the change in valuation?

Changing hands between the majority of retail investors and really deep pocket individuals and organizations who must have a wide range of means to manipulate SP in day trading. And I found it unthinkable that experienced investors who have patiently accumulated hundreds thousands of shares through several years would suddenly decide to do massive selling abylosing 20% of their gains in one day ! And that on the eve of tremendous news coming! To "balance their portfolio"?! You must be kidding, guys! With all due respect, of course, and strictly IMHO.
