Deals are currently getting done now per Chris E, but these were already far in progress when CV issue came about and others that were in progress are still ongoing without much undue delay.

New discussions are the ones being held back right now. Said they think talks will be back to normal in a matter of weeks (2-4).

Now talking about force majere in contracts. Don't think that applies to any talks we would be in.

Bottom line is the deal making is not on hold in all cases by any means.
