No one can disagree that this companies past performance is dismal and it’s PRs are amateurish at best. The criticism and defense though is more than nauseous.

Jagunich is gone so now this story is plain and simple, Berman’s legacy.

We have prob 1 more week to determine if he gets pre-EUA. If not, the vultures will circle and there is no defense. From there he has until end of May to get EUA. If not, the vultures will circle and there is no defense.

Frankly, I think he delivers. You just don’t throw the company and yourself out there without a bonafide plan that has been all but rubber stamped. You don’t. This isn’t about a paper strip, this is life and death. This is humanity. You don’t take advantage of people during a crisis.

Drop your swords. If he doesn’t deliver have at him. and call the fda, sec and whomever else. if he does, he creates a legacy that is justly deserved.
