I think the reasons are:
1. The broader market is down, thus people may not be willing to put money in a very speculative stock
2. Most investors don't invest in penny stocks and the ones that do have not heard of AMBS and can't make the connection with TODOS or EMOR
3. Current and old time AMBS investors are waiting to see tangible results. Getting FDA approval for Covid-19 test kit will be kick starter.
