I agree with you.

English is not my mother language. They've stated:

"the three-day effect of leronlimab in eight severely ill COVID-19 patients demonstrated a significant improvement in several important immunologic bio-markers."

I somehow feel that as if it were 8 out of 10 the statement would be:

"the three-day effect of leronlimab demonstrated a significant improvement in several important immunologic bio-markers in eight severy ill COVID-19 patients."

But, it's not my language and I could be totally wrong.
