As the market cap increases, the chance for BP looking at buyout does also in my opinion. Trading at $3 per share now, BP could still swoop in, but the 1.3B market cap listed currently doesn‘t reflect accurately, because all warrants are in the money, more around $2B at $3 buyout including warrants& options for example.
